I have been a very sick boy. Well, Man. It all started with a strange rash over one eye, then spread to my other eye, and eventually ended up on my chin and around my mouth. It was extremely itchy. I went to see two doctors, and a lady doctor, and she did something called a biopsy. I ended up with stiches and that horrid plastic cone hat. Like the one I hand in England-land before I came to Souf Hafrica. Honestly. The total humiliation. I kept to myself and stayed out of the office. Willow refused to play with me or even acknowledge me – in fact she even snapped at me one or twice. (She says once, I say twice) Mind you, she did give me her beddy to sleep in as it was more comfy for me to sleep there with the stupid hat on. The hardest thing of all was having Willow deputised, and she became the Estate Manager. It went to her head, and has taken myself and Grinded a while to get her to relinquish the duties. Honestly. One would think that she would be content to just be beautiful. Her breath is still very bad, and she will also have to go to the doctor to get it sorted out, though we don’t know what they will do or what it will mean. What I do know is if she does have to wear a hat, it will be far more fashionable than mine was.
The Biopsy results are not back yet, but the stitches are out and the hat is off – freedom at last.
Our prototypes are finally done and winging their way to Johannesburg as we speak. Mummy says this has been the biggest learning curve she has ever experienced. I find that hard to believe as she has lots of big curves, and has had for a long time- so what the big deal is I don’t know. I hear her talking to people about a stall at a market, which sounds very exciting.
Hopefully this means something is finally going to happen with the store !
